MONITORING OF GOVERNMENT BIDDING

The Makati Business Club is pushing for third-party monitoring in the bidding for government projects.

The club stressed the move is designed to promote transparency and prevent corruption.

Club executive director Raul Ongoing said it's going to take direct intervention on the part of the government to put in a third party to thoroughly scrutinize all of these biddings.
